Mark helps Arizona businesses and contractors achieve their goals from the boardroom to the courtroom. An Arizona native, Mark has over a decade of experience in the legal field. He devotes his practice to protecting the interests of clients in civil litigation.
With a background in construction, Mark is a member of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and is a contributor to the State Bar's seminal Construction Lien Law in Arizona: A Practice Manual. He has successfully represented dozens of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction law disputes ranging from alleged workmanship defects to no pay complaints. Mark also serves with the Alliance for Construction Excellence, a non-profit industry panel affiliated with Arizona State University's Del E. Webb School of Construction, and devoted to improving the design and delivery of public works and other construction projects.
Mark also possesses significant experience in several niche markets, including Superintendent of Streets Deeds, charter school development, and public private partnerships. Mark co-authored legislation aimed at relieving Arizona's budget crisis by authorizing public-private partnerships to finance public infrastructure.
